Affectionately know as 'The Chip' this Glasgow institution produces modern Scottish Cuisine using the finest of Scottish raw materials.
Ingredients are sourced locally on a daily basis. Menus are changed to reflect availability of fresh produce. Signature dishes include Ling and clapshot with piri piri oil or wild pigeon in a mushroom or rich game sauce.
Dining options include the wonderful Courtyard or the more intimate Dining Room. Upstairs there is the Mezanine Level and the Brasserie.
The restaurants wine list is extensive and decently priced, together with a collection of 150 Malt Whiskies.
The premises also contains 3 bars. The Main Bar a traditional pub serving wines, spirits and speciality beers, the Corner Bar specialising in cocktails and the Wee Pub - reputed to be the smallest bar in Glasgow!
